AES 2025 has been scheduled for October 3 & 4 at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel.

Your committee hosts include the following specialists: Dr. Arif Samad, Retina; Dr. Wesley Chan, Neuro-Ophthalmology; Dr. Brennan Eadie, Glaucoma; Dr. Ahsen Hussain, Oculoplastics and Dr. Andre Pollman, Cataract/Cornea.​

AES is a multidisciplinary meeting with unique objectives for each session and the following overall learning objectives:

  1. The learning objectives are bases for the management, treatment and research involved in each subspecialty of Ophthalmology

  2. It has been determined through these methods that future events should focus on practical and widely applicable topics, 

  3. With particular focus on ocular surgical interventions, medical treatment, management of post-operative infections, advances in ophthalmic imaging, optic neuropathies, ocular genetics, anterior segment abnormalities, and leadership within the health care setting.​
